Specific conditions will qualify under Return & Exchange Policy.


 Products with major quality defects

→ Wrong product delivers to customer
→ Size and fitting issue
→ Product lost in shipment

How to exchange:


→ If you really stuck any issue with our Product, You are requested to inform Customer Service (01723005002) for any change within 24Hrs of receiving the product. You can also directly message us on Official Facebook page / Instagram Account (https://www.facebook.com/atlantica7.online).

→ Customer need to repack the product securely in the original package and include the original invoice slip of the courier service with the package. All return must be processed within 21 calendar days of the original receiving date.

→ Refund will be adjusted with customer future online purchases from Atlantica7 (www.atlantica7.com)


→ Atlantica7 has full authority to take decision whether the Product will be applicable for exchange or refund policy.

→ For any promotional items like Discount offer cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the product is defective or damaged.


→ For all the rightful return claims, Atlantica7 authority re-ships the goods (depends on availability) by their own cost.
